Mission Statement:
The Stewardship Committee of the Church of the Ascension is dedicated to nurturing a faith based community in three areas:
• Share your time with our parish – volunteer to help others.
• Share your talents – God has blessed us with unique talents and calls all to share those in faith with our congregation.
• Share your financial gifts – every active parishioner tithes to support the parish.

Peter 4:10 tells us: "Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace
in its various forms." The Church needs you and God has chosen you to go out into the world. Every Christian is to take an
active part in the life of the Church and to share the gifts of salvation.You cherish the true joy of charity, and readily see
that God rewards your good will by entrusting you with even more blessings.
