»Ministry of Care

This ministry reaches out to serve those in spiritual need and fosters respect for the vulnerable in our society, especially the sick and the elderly. Ministries in this area include: Hospital and Homebound visits, Parish Nursing, Bereavement Support Group and Funeral dinners.

When a parishioner is hospitalized, a family member, friend, or neighbor is asked to notify the parish staff so that we made add them to our prayer list. The Johnson County Catholic Region also provides Pastoral Care Visitation for Catholics in the Johnson County Hospitals.

Parishioners who are homebound because of sickness, disability or age will be visited and have the opportunity to receive Holy Communion on a regular basis. Call the parish office.
