Mardi Gras is held each year the Saturday before Ash Wednesday as Ascension parish's number one fundraiser. Included each year are over $100,000 in donated items for silent auction, oral auction and raffle. Especially impressive are the numerous travel auction opportunities!

Additionally, the evening is one of great community building with hundreds of parishioners gathering together. The evening starts with a Mass and adjourns for fun, food, dancing and much more.
